Kenneth Kremsky Understands the Fundamentals of Lean Enterprise Principles

Possessing more than 22 years of experience in both corporate and field manufacturing roles, Kenneth Kremsky serves as a strategic Finance Executive dedicated to assisting organizations in cost reduction and enhanced productivity.

Kenneth held the position of controller at Kraft Foods Inc. in the Lehigh Valley, displaying his uttermost attention to managing all accounting activities for the company, which included duties like creating the yearly operating budget. Additionally, he actively participated in overseeing internal and external audits. His duties included managing Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Production across a number of accounting-related areas.

Being a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt has given Kenneth Kremsky the ability to assist firms in streamlining processes and concentrating on areas that need development.
