Kenneth Kremsky Has Worked on Both Finance and Process Control for Twenty Plus Years

Kenneth Kremsky is currently working as the consultant for a private equity firm in Pennsylvania. He implements the new ERP accounting software and facilitates A2R process for the acquisition of the company. He formerly filled in as an Associate Controller at Interstate Brands Corporation. In 1999, he began filling in as director of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc. where he worked until 2005. In 2005, Kenneth started filing in as controller at Kraft Food Inc. From 2012, he filled in as a Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International.

Kenneth formerly served as the finance lead who provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team with the goal of reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses by 15% which was achieved. He prepared weekly reports to review the fixed labor and maintenance spending. 

He formerly worked as the Controller and Strategic Analysis Manager at Kraft Foods Group. He managed all the accounting activities for the facility, including preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, and handling both internal and external audits. He was the Finance lead for the SAP Catalyst Implementation team.

Kenneth has worked on both Finance and process control for twenty plus years. He has been saving Millions of Dollars every year for his clients. His recent achievement as Finance Manager is, saving 75 million Dollars annually for his client.
