Kenneth Kremsky holds expertise in Lean Six Sigma and budgetary investigation

Talking about the professional life of Kenneth Kremsky, he has been into the financial lead. He provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team. He was aimed at reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses by 15% which was achieved.

 As the finance lead for the SAP Catalyst Implementation team, Kenneth was responsible for managing all aspects of the Finance department including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, and Production. Kenneth led productivity generation and process improvements to achieve plant productivity targets for five consecutive years.

As an affirmed Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Kenneth holds a broad preparation in Lean Six Sigma costing and budgetary investigation, and produced misfortune remittance reserve funds of ~$700K more than two years at Kraft Food Groups. 

Regarding his areas of specialization, Kenneth Kremsky is proficient in Financial Planning and Analysis, SAP usage, Strategy, Forecasting, Cross Functional Team Leadership, Financial Reporting, Project Management, Process Improvements, Productivity, Strategic Business Planning, Operations, Business Metrics and Bench-checking, Internal Controls and Manufacturing Finance.

Kenneth holds an experience of more than 22 years in corporate and field manufacturing as the Strategic Finance Executive. He is highly focused on helping organizations reduce their costs and improve productivity.

He is the Finance lead for the Supply Chain Reinvention team projects focusing on the financial rationale, project optimization, and Capex spend.  He works on process improvements and streamlining initiatives for all the facilities in North America.

Formerly working at Interstate Brands Corporation, Philadelphia, Kenneth Kremsky completed raw and packaging material optimization analysis, thus making a saving of $1.4 million annually. He prepared the monthly and fiscal year-end and supporting reports.

Currently, Kenneth is working as a consultant for a private equity firm in Pennsylvania, Kenneth implements the new ERP accounting software and facilitates A2R process for the acquisition of the company.
