Kenneth Kremsky combines his knowledge with Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt training
Formerly, Kenneth Kremsky served as the finance lead where he was aimed at reducing the raw and packaging material losses by 5% and reducing fixed expenses by 15% which was achieved. He worked to provide financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team.
He also worked as the manager of cost
accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc where he worked to provide the financial
support and cost analysis for plant management. He participated on several
productivity teams that identified and implemented cost savings throughout the
Nabisco network. Kenneth managed all the accounting tasks and maintained all
accounting and financial reporting systems.
As a Strategic Business Planner and
Controller, Kenneth combines his extensive knowledge with his Lean Six Sigma
Black belt training to recommend improvements in the manufacturing process
which will result in measurable dollar savings.

Kremsky began filling in as controller at Kraft Food Inc in 2005. From 2012,
