Kenneth Kremsky participated on both the Oreo and Premium network teams


Being high established strategic finance and accounting expertise, Kenneth Kremsky is a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. He holds an extensive training in Lean Six Sigma costing and financial analysis, and generated loss allowance savings of ~$700K over two years at Kraft Food Groups. Here, he served as Finance Lead and provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team with the goal of reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses by 15%, which was achieved.

Holding an experience of more than 22 years in corporate and field manufacturing, Kenneth is a strategic finance executive. He has been progressively engaged in various roles from 18 years throughout many mergers and acquisition at Mondelez, Kraft, and Nabisco.

Being the former Assistant Financial Controller at Nabisco Biscuit Company, Kenneth Kremsky was responsible for providing the financial statements and monthly results. He prepared the bills of materials for all the products including allocating fixed and indirect costs. He developed detailed labor standards which resulted in crewing reductions and significant cost savings. Kenneth also participated on both the Oreo and Premium network teams that led to savings of ~$3MM annually, mainly through the One Cookie Out initiative and the Premium oil reduction project.

As a finance lead, Kenneth provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team with the goal of reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses by 15% which was achieved. He holds an extensive training in Lean Six Sigma costing and financial analysis, and generated loss allowance savings of ~$700K over two years.

Kenneth is highly proficient in a lot of areas such as, Finance and Financial Reporting, Strategy, Management, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Project Management, Process Improvements, Productivity, Strategic Business Planning, Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Metrics & Bench-marking, Internal Controls, Business Analysis, and Manufacturing.

Pertaining to his education credentials, Kenneth Kremsky pursued Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Thereafter, he completed his Master of Business Administration in Finance from LaSalle University.
