Ken Kremsky combines his knowledge with his Lean Six Sigma Black belt training

Ken Kremsky formerly works as manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc where he provided financial support and cost analysis for the plant management. He managed all the accounting tasks and maintained all accounting and financial reporting systems. Besides, that he participated on several productivity teams that identified and implemented cost savings throughout the Nabisco network.

Holding a record of excellence in leveraging the excellent strategies and finance best practices and analytical ability, Ken is well versed with improving the profitability and driving long-term company growth by delivering the financial analysis. He has hands-on experience as a strategic financial and accounting executive; he is highly focused at reducing costs and realizing greater productivity. Besides, he has been involved in process improvements and other streamlining initiatives, thus triggering cost reductions totaling $75mm annually. He has been progressively engaged in various roles from 18 years throughout many mergers and acquisition at Mondelez, Kraft, and Nabisco.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt, Ken Kremsky helps the organization to streamline and focus on the areas of improvement. Pertaining to his professional experience, he served as an assistant controller at Interstate Brands Corporation from 1996-1999. In 1999, he started serving as manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc where he worked until 2005.

Later, Ken started working as controller at Kraft Food Inc in 2005. From 2012, Ken worked as a Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International. Here, he worked until 2017. Currently, he is working as a consultant for a private equity firm in Pennsylvania.

Ken is highly proficient in SAP utilization, Strategy, Forecasting, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Financial Reporting, Project Management, Process Improvements, Productivity, Strategic Business Planning, Operations, Business Metrics & Bench-marking, Internal Controls, and Manufacturing Finance.
