Kenneth Kremsky is highly specialized in Finance and Financial Reporting, Strategizing, Managing his team. As is main responsibility is to do financial analysis, he makes sure his analysis reports are well versed and highly accurate. He possesses all the qualities of an exceptional leader. He learned to manage all the accounting activities for the facility while working as a controller at Kraft Foods Inc. in Lehigh Valley. This shows that he has always been a keen learner and observer. He also learnt the preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, and handling both internal and external audits. He was responsible for managing all the aspects of the Accounting department that included Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Production. He achieved plant process improvement and productivity targets for five consecutive years.

Formerly working as manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc, Kenneth provided financial support and cost analysis for the plant management. He managed all the accounting tasks and maintained all accounting and financial reporting systems. Besides, that he participated on several productivity teams that identified and implemented cost savings throughout the Nabisco network.
