Kenneth Kremsky Believes that Learning is a Lifelong Process.


Kenneth Kremsky learned to manage all the accounting activities for the facility while working as a controller at Kraft Foods Inc. in Lehigh Valley. This shows that he has always been a keen learner and observer. He also learned the preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, and handling both internal and external audits. He was responsible for managing all the aspects of the Accounting department that included Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Production. He achieved plant process improvement and productivity targets for five consecutive years. 

Kenneth is highly specialized in Finance and Financial Reporting, Strategizing, Managing his team. His main responsibility is to do financial analysis, he makes sure his analysis reports are well versed and highly accurate. He has all the qualities of an exceptional leader. His routine tasks involve Strategic Business Planning, Business Metrics & Bench marking, and Strategic Business Planning.

Holding a record of excellence in leveraging the excellent strategies and finance best practices and analytical ability, Kenneth is well versed with improving the profitability and driving long-term company growth by delivering the financial analysis. He is a highly sought after strategic finance executive who has the ability to quickly identify the weaknesses, thus coming up with an effective action plan. Quite aware of the key business processes, he finds the best ways to minimize the costs within the company, thus adding more value to the business. Not only just the hard skills, but Kenneth is also proficient in many soft skills that he needs.

Formerly working as manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc., Kenneth provided financial support and cost analysis for the plant management. He managed all the accounting tasks and maintained all accounting and financial reporting systems. Besides, that he participated in several productivity teams that identified and implemented cost savings throughout the Nabisco network.  Kenneth Kremsky has hands-on experience as a strategic financial and accounting executive; he is highly focused on reducing costs and realizing greater productivity. Besides, he has been involved in process improvements and other streamlining initiatives.

Being a certified Lean Six Sigma Black-belt, Kenneth Kremsky helps the organization to streamline and focus on the areas of improvement.
