Kenneth Kremsky learned to manage
all the accounting activities for the facility while working as a controller at
Kraft Foods Inc. in Lehigh Valley. This shows that he has always been a keen
learner and observer. He also learned the preparation of the annual operating
budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, and handling both internal and
external audits. He was responsible for managing all the aspects of the
Accounting department that included Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory,
Supply Chain, and Production. He achieved plant process improvement and
productivity targets for five consecutive years.
