Kenneth Kremsky Is the Strategic Finance Lead for the Supply Chain Reinvention


Kenneth Kremsky is working as the Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International, East Hanover NJ. He is the Finance lead for the Supply Chain Reinvention team projects focusing on the financial rationale, project optimization, and Capex spend.  He works on process improvements and streamlining initiatives for all the facilities in North America. Kenneth has developed multiple IRR analytic tools which became the model for all in-house projects. Kenneth is the head of the worldwide SAP systems global harmonization team. 

Kenneth is also the in-charge of reviewing the raw, package, and finished goods supply chain in North and Latin America, working on the optimal logistical and strategies. He has assisted in the financial transformation and spin-off of Kraft Foods into two separate entities, one of them being Kraft North America and other one being Mondelēz International. 

Kenneth Kremsky holds an extensive training in Lean Six Sigma costing and financial analysis, and generated loss allowance savings of ~$700K over two years at Kraft Food Groups. There he was the Finance Lead and provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team with the goal of reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses by 15% which was achieved. He has developed a daily management review process generating reports for reviewing the prior day’s results regarding variances. He also prepared weekly reports to review fixed labor and maintenance spending. This process was adopted by several other Kraft plants. 

Kenneth Kremsky has formerly worked as the Controller and Strategic Analysis Manager at Kraft Foods Group, from the year 2005 till 2012. There he managed all accounting activities for the facility, including preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, and handling both internal and external audits. He was the Finance lead for the SAP Catalyst Implementation team.  He was also responsible for managing all aspects of the Finance department including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, and Production. Kenneth led productivity generation and process improvements to achieve plant productivity targets for five consecutive years.

Taking in account of his credentials, Kenneth Kremsky has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 3.8 GPA out of 4, from the Penn State University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a 3.9 GPA out of 4, from La Salle University.
