reduction in distribution costs, and even reduction in sourcing of raw
materials.
Through his strategies most of
the savings can be recognized in the near future and require very low costs to
implement, with IRR's generally in the area of 40%.

Finance executive with more than 22 years of experience in corporate and field
manufacturing. He is focused on helping
organizations to reduce their costs and improve productivity. He has been
progressively engaged in various roles from 18 years throughout many mergers
and acquisition at Mondelez, Kraft, and Nabisco.
Currently, Kenneth Kremsky is
working as the Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez
International, East Hanover NJ. He is the Finance lead for the Supply Chain
