Kenneth Kremsky is a Strategic Business Planner and Controller, who combines his extensive knowledge with his Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt training to recommend improvements in the manufacturing process which will result in measurable dollar savings.  He starts by preparing a detailed flowchart for the production line and then identifies the areas of improvement in regard with labor, package and raw material waste, higher product output, reduction in distribution costs, and even reduction in sourcing of raw materials.  Through his strategies most of the savings can be recognized in the near future and require very low costs to implement, with IRR's generally in the area of 40%. Kenneth Kremsky has spent over 20 years in the manufacturing environment as a plant Controller and led numerous projects focused on cost reductions and higher efficiency. His projects have realized annualized savings totaling $75 Million.  Kenneth Kremsky has formerly worked as the Controller and Strategic Analysis Manager at Kraft Foods Group, from the year 2005 till 2012. There he managed all accounting activities for the facility, including preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, and handling both internal and external audits.
